Espro neat cutting oil is a type of metalworking fluid that is used in machining operations to improve cutting performance and prolong tool life. To enhance its lubricating properties, oiliness additives with medium viscosity may be added to the formulation. These additives are designed to adsorb onto metal surfaces and form a thin, protective film that reduces friction and wear during cutting.
Applications
Specially designed medium viscosity oil for demanding tasks like thread cutting and gear hobbling. The oil is also appropriate for all high tensile steel machining operations as well as less demanding operations on stainless and shear resistant alloys
